PRANSTON METALLOYS PVT LTD has a total Land Area of 10,000 Meter square with covered area having 6,000 Meter square with installed capacity of 8,000 Metric Tons/year & capable of producing single piece Casting upto 1,000 Kgs.
Melting Capabilities
We also have joint venture and liaisons with partner foundries with which we can deliver single piece castings upto 12,000 Kgs.
We have multiple molding techniques such as No Bake (two part) molding, Co2 molding and Green sand molding.
We have 3000 kg batch size electric heat treatment furnace which is capable of doing multiple processes such as annealing, hardening, normalising, air tempering, oil quenching, etc.
We have our own machinery/equipment’s and technical staff to support new pattern development and preventive maintenance.
Laboratory
- We have state of the art USA make spectrometer which implements one of the best quality systems.
- We also have various sand testing equipment’s.
- We have Impact testing, Hardness testing and various other physical property checking equipments.
- We have magnetic particle testing, developer – penetrant testing and third party ultra sonic testing facilities.
